CHANGE TO SELF-HOSTING

attention teacher-chef blog followers… I have moved to self-hosting.

If you are a subscriber, that means that you will have to visit the website & re-subscribe again (for my e-mail readers… I will be manually entering each of your e-mail addresses again so when you get an e-mail asking to confirm your subscription that is me re-entering you into the system, so please accept it).

If you are a WordPress.com follower – you are going to need to enter your e-mail address on teacher-chef.com to get e-mail updates (and everyone should like me on Facebook to keep up to date with everything!)

thanks for hanging in there with me through this change!

Chocolate Ricotta Mousse

So often when you are done with your recipe that you bought your big container of ricotta for (and you always buy the bigger one because it is more cost effective that way), you still have ricotta left and you don’t know what to use it for. These skewered antipastos are even perfect for a formal gathering (maybe in a tall vase).

Jerk Chicken

Thank goodness, I could not have been happier with the end results!
