Birthdays are a reason for Celebrating.
My Grandmother recently celebrated a birthday and Rich and I decided to surprise her. She knew that my Wonderful Parents would be joining her but that My Love and I had “too many other things going on” to join her. There is a truth to that but little did she know that part of our busy weekend was us driving 2 hours to surprise her at dinner. My parents showed up earlier in the day, with this cake in tow, and then a few hours later when they went out to dinner… low & behold we were waiting there for them!
Celebrating her birthday was a great day and the shock on my Grandmother’s face was priceless!
Cheesecake: (noun) a dessert which is usually sweetened, can be baked, and is often decadent, usually served as slices from a larger cake and deliciously rich. These cheesecakes are made individually so you have some portion control in addition to all of that original delicious richness of your classic cheesecake (combined with the “kid-in-you” taste of Oreos)!
WARNING – this is not diet food!
This dip is perfect for a crowd at your next party. At our Super Bowl Party this year this dip was the one that had the highest percentage of it eaten, so that should speak for itself. There is nothing “healthy” about this – so make sure to cook it for a crowd so the calories consumed will be lower… high calories (divided by) more people (equals) less calories per person!
